My first post!!

Well, here I go.  I’m taking the leap into the world of blogging.  I know I’m a little late into the game but I was a late bloomer anyway.  I feel like I just bought my first VCR!!  Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of blogs, other people’s blogs.  There are many blogs that I read on a daily basis, mostly by photographers that I admire.  I guess you can blame Jasmine Star www.jasminestarblog.com for both getting me hooked on blogs and for my late entry into the game.  You see, her blog is so well written, personal and passionate that I quickly got addicted to it.  (She’s also pretty easy on the eyes and an amazing photographer to boot) But, it also made me feel like I could never do as good a job as she does, so I procrastinated.  After I had the unique privilege of hanging out with rock-star photographers [b]ecker www.beckersblog.com and Jessica Claire www.jessicaclaire.net last Saturday at Boston Beer Works I now realize that my blog is way over due.

I had a great time talking with both Jessica and [b]ecker.  They were terrific and I really appreciate their input.  I also had the opportunity to meet some other cool photographers from the Boston area.  All in all, a great day.  OK, that’s it, my first post.  Whew, I’m glad that’s over.  Stay tuned…
